Food is vital to life, but boring and yucky food is not!
In no particular order, my top 10 favorite food items.
1) Creamed corn. I love this stuff. It comes in cans and is made of peaches and cream corn niblets. I eat creamed corn by itself or with pasta, which is my favorite.
2) Yogurt. I love fruit, and I love milk, so I like yogurt! I like Yoplait's Source Yogurt. It's fat free, no aspartame, and has great flavours like nectarine. Their fieldberry kind is the best. Yogurt is good for you because of the calcium.
3) Pasta. Being Italian, I was raised eating lots of pasta. I still go to my grandmothers house and she makes the best pasta and amazing sauce. I like all types of pasta, especially the shell ones. I know that carbs are high in fat, but they provide vital energy! No Atkins Diet for me!
4) Rice. Rice is simple and a light delightful food. With butter or mixed with creamed corn or my special bbq sauce.
5) Chicken. I love chicken. Especially chicken breasts. They are low in fat and taste amazing! I am not a huge fan of chicken wings, but every so often I do eat them.
6) Fruit Juice. I love 100% real juice. It is refreshing and tastes great. I really like the Fruitopia juice. Yes juice has calories, but it's better than aspartame.
7) Homemade mac and cheese with ketchup. My family make it with scooby doo(not the dog) and add fresh grated cheese and just a little egg. It's amazing and quick to make.
8) Ramen noodles. More carbs! I like the Mr.Noodles, they are extremely easy to make and are good.
9) Sticky squares. This is a recipe that my stepmother made up. It's a modification of the rice krispy sqaure. There are cornflakes, rice krispies, lots of marshmallows,almond oil and vanilla acstract. MMMMM delicious! Great for snacks.
10) CHIPS! I love all dressed chips and all the other flavors. Love the Ruffles line.
Well that is just a few of my favorite foods.
