Extremely bad attitude. They don't clarify things in written and always lie on everything.

Don't ever go with this builder.

In the name of amenities they cheat a lot. Swimming pool is just a pit, no recycling facility. Children's play area you can visit by yourself. Deviation more than 20 pct.

They don't know much on the construction quality and status and they never checked what is done and what not by the supervisor.

Forget about khata OC. It may look economic but go with this builder at your own risk.
