I feel this review is:
Muthoot finance is one of the oldest gold loan finance company.They provide loans on nominal rate.But the customer service is not goid.when you go for gold loan in to there office.They take very ling time in process.They also don, t have appropriate way tobfind the gold purity.The rate of interest is good but penlty charges are high & other charges are also high.I was not satisfied with the company.The staff is also not well informed.Totally unsatisfied with there service.
