Hello Guys,
My anty's just before 6 month she Opened Gold Loan scheme by EMI facility monthly payment. Then she started payment after 3months of policy enrollment rs. 2708/Month. It was for 12 months scheme. She paid first 3/4 installment with same amount and there was no issues. After 4th installment she was out of station for 1 & half month and payment was delay from the date. After that we went there to pay also she was ready to pay penalty for delay payment but the bank employee is saying 3 EMI was pending. Then I shown the all receipt copy and after 2 days they replied it was not updated from our side. muttot Gold Loan Scheme No is EXIM/KA?2015-16/15143
2nd thing 10 gram gold she took it was mentioned 29+ thousand and service tax, but the installment I count it will come arround rs.32, 500 but by that time gold price was around 10 grams rs.28, 700 so rs.3800 which is too much, Also they are going to add GST on that, which is too much. We could have buy the gold after a year after savings the money. Also I don't like the branch people behavior they do not care about they'r own customers also complete information also they did not provide.
I seriously not satisfied with they'r services and plans, so I will never recommend to any one.
