I booked the Mussoorie Gateway for our anniversary trip on 25 feb through Goibibo. I must say it was great experience.
We reach the mussoorie 7 am and the check in timings is 12'o clock. When we reach the hotel, first of all I loved the location of the hotel which is very close to nature. I ring the phone on hotel no, one of the staff member came and open the lock and allow us to wait in the room which is very sweet. There is very cold outside, we feel so cozy in the room finally. After that we request the management if possible please allow us to check in the room before time, he said rooms are full but try. Around 8'o clock we order breakfast which allu prantha and tea, within half an hour our order is ready and pranthas are so delicious and yummy as we feel hungry. Food is yummy and quality is also good.
Then we roam the area across the hotel, very good experience and we enjoyed alot. Around 9:45 am we got our room, very thankful to the management. Room is awesome with all the facilities and very spacious, neat and clean. We are happy and one good thing is there is small balcony for every room and the view is very nice from the room.
Overall we enjoyed our trip with the Mussoorie Gateway. Staff is very helpful and service is excellent.
