Dear Friends, I would like to tell all of you that Murshidabad is truly a place to visit. My Father's best friend resides there at West Bengal(Kolkata). So one year back in the month of July'17 we get a chance to visit there. They confirmed that Murshidabad is one of the nice place here to visit, so we plan to visit there. Murshidabad is about 205 KMs from Kolkata city. Its well connected by Roads, Trains & for Air 1st you have to came to Netaji International Airport than by Road you can come out here. The best way to visit is you Came to Kolkata(Howrah Station), & book a Rental car for Visit of this place.
This is place where many historical famous places are there, list of those are such as Hazarduari which has 1000 doors, which is very confusion place as 900 doors are real to confuse, a must visit place. Imam Bara, Wasif Manziland, District museum are the another significant places to visit.
Murshidabad is also good place for shopping of Ivory & wooden handicraft, & also for Silk Sarees. Many Hotels are there with a reasonable prices.
I with my Family loves this place, we spent around 2 days here & visit all the famous places.
I would recommend this place to all.
