Mubeen's is situated at akbari gate which is near my residence, I visited this place few times but I did'nt liked the atmosphere and people there. I am a type of guy for whome cleanliness and hygiene means alot at a restaurant and at this place it was completely missing. Restaurant is very dirty, furniture is not clean, waiters are dirty and untidy, walls and roof are very dirty and drinking water which they serve tastes very bad which is not good for health.
First of all I would like to talk about the food which is purely non-veg, Nahari-kulche, Pasandey kababs, Chicken and biryani are the food items available there which tastes very nice, I must say the taste of there food was delicious, they serve the food in steel utensiles which are not perfectly clean, if you will notice, some yellow patches of curry would be seen which is not a plus point.
Moving to the customer service, the customer service is not that bad, its good your order will be served in no time.
Frankly speaking if I talk about the ambiance, it was very bad, the atmosphere of the place is not good at all , there is alot of noise and smoke everywhere and most of the people there are not well-behaved and deciplined which is a drawback. Moving to the value of money so I don't think they charge alot of money for the food they serve, reasonable amount has been charged and you will be satisfied with the money you spend there.
Mubeen's is a very famous and old restaurant at akbari gate and they earn alot of money from there, I think they should spend some bucks in maintenance and repairs of the restaurant and make it a clean and hygienic place.
