MTS worst service provider please dont go for it. I am going to share my experience. I take an mts dongle on 1 aug 15 from an Mts agent.He told me that cost 1400 I gave him 1500, remaing bal he will give me after half an hour which he never give. At the time og giving he also told me if there is no ntwrk coverage we can call customer care with in 24 hours they will come and instal a antenna boster at our house. On 1st itself I lodge a complaint regarding netwrk issue they just keep on raising complaint nothing else.we will resolve ur issue wiyh in 2-3 days thats ut what keep saying.They keep doing this till 13 of this month.They commit lots of call back which never came. finally on 13 they said this issue cannot be resolved I said fyn jus disconnected my connection and take this dongle and give my money.
on 15 they disconnect the same ask me to wait of 2-3 days for refund.on 18 when I call to collect my refund they told me first I have to pay 15 days bill.seriously.! Even after that they can not commit any thing about refund.Later on I decided not to pay every week one or the other person called me from MTS asking me to pay bill .every tym I xpln them the whole story after that they used to tell me we will call u later one month later one lawyer called me saying that MTS has filed a complain in court for me under some section.or else I had to pay the bill.As I dont want to be in this mess I paid the bill.Please and read reviews of MTS on internet m not the only suffering person.Boycott this MTS!

Very expensive its better to use 3g prepaid service directly.
