Mts has good plan for callers. But its a bad point that If enter to Other state your phone will be a Dubba. They have cheaper plan but not for out sider from delhi. Another weak point of this operator is that you cant buy only sim.Where other provider opt you to buy only sim.MTS jus offer CDMA hand sets which are normal and not reliable. Unfortunately you can not use its phone to operate other company sim.
So that if you are in Delhi you should use it ., And dont rely on it if you are going in roaming.
