Please do not buy any MTS products. They are cheating. Recently I bought MTS MBlaze Ultra(40GB UL - Rs.999). They promised me a speed of upto 9.8 Mbps. I know that this speed will not be possible and they promised me a speed of at-least 4.5 Mbps.
However, I never got 4.5 Mbps but I was getting 3.5 Mbps during night and upto 2 Mbps during day and that is only for the first week. Next week I faced a drastic drop of 150 kbps. I called MTS customer care and filed a complaint and they promised me for an in home technician. No one showed up till now and I called customer care again. Before that I want to mention one more incident. For the first 10 days I was able to download with good speeds in utorrent.
After that I was getting only 15 kbps in utorrent. I called MTS and asked them about this. The response given by them was really shocking. They said after the first 20 GB of data usage MTS will block the ports and they will never allow their customers to download via torrent. They should told this 20 GB limitation while buying the product but they are portraying some fraud advertisements. The response from the customer care executives were too bad and unacceptable. Please friends don't buy any MTS product and don't believe their fraud advertisements.
I want the speed to be boost up or I want a refund. And I want the port to be unblocked for utorrent. .
I am working in the IT sector and I used to work from home at times. I believed that attracting advertisement and bought MTS but kicked in my back heavily. I was not able to download torrent files and lost around 100 bucks calling the customer care since it was not toll free. I was totally upset by the customer care agents response and lost my money.
