I had a marketing guy who had put a MTS stall just outside my office. I took the 999 plan as it said it offered 40GB but I insisted that I may not get the 4MBPS speed he promised. But he assured that he too is from that area and the speed is good. After 3 complaints I got my data card up and running but speed was pathetic it took 3 minutes to show my google search page.
I had more complaints for the speed and the response was unprofessional and of no use. The person who sold this to me was Saravanan and called him up to take back the datacard. He had instead taken the old datacard and gave another datacard to my housemaid in my absence. I did not know about it and I called him up to ask he has taken back the datacard and he said he did but never mentioned the replacement. I got so many calls from MTS for bill payment for which I said I had returned the card.
At last I received a lawyer notice which demanded me to pay Rs.2019 for me holding a datacard. I went to Ambattur(Chn) MTS office to return the datacard and the fine(as I have to call it to have chosen the disgusting provider). A person by name Christopher collected Rs.1500 instead of Rs.2019 because he took back the datacard which was never opened at all.
Now the lawyer who had sent the legal notice demands me to pay 2019 and not 1500 to close the case. I have never suffered like this in the hands of anyone before. I have to run behind the MTS guy in Ambattur now(which is 20+ km) and have to inform the lawyer. This is nighmare. Never ever ever ever ever go for MTS unless you have lot of money and time to spend needlessly.
