Its been years since I am using two devices: Mts WiFi blaze and Mts ultra blaze. It was working fine though it rarely exhibited speed issues when used in certain locations.
Many times I had to call up the customer care but the response was unsatisfactory, the only suggestion they would advice was to reboot the device which for a lay person like me was a tough task.
One month back I had to travel out of station so as usual before leaving I recharged Rs 499 for 10 GB on 2nd Nov 2017 . When I reached there I was not able to access it. I initially felt that it was due to roaming . So I tried calling up customer care but it repeatedly said that the line was busy. Also tried to reach out at their outlets in my city but failed to get any response. Then when I reached back all the outlets in town were shut down. All of a sudden one day got to know that Mts has been taken over by Rcom company. But there was no courtesy by the company to inform their customers who where using their products for years. At least they would have stopped the recharge process by conveying the same with their regular customers about this merge .
I am still in dilemma on what should be done next and I expect genuine suggestions.
