The worst ISP. Probably ISP stands for Irritating Service Pakka, I had speed issues.
Called the customer care. they told some solutions. Clean up the temp folder, restart some serivices, blah blah.
nothing worked.I was told they will raise a complaint. and it will be resolved in 20 hours.
I keep reminding them everyday. Everyday I hear same thing 'Will be resolved in 20 hours'.Almost a week. no response. same story.I asked them to pls escalate or connect me to your higher ups I will speak. they are not connecting and simply saying, its escalated.
Pls dont buy MTS mblaze.
And adding salt to the wound, customer care executives dont know kannada.
MTS - Most terrible Service provider.
