After shifting to chennai, I took this data cards. Its counter was in my office premise. They had some offer and promised that they have very good service support.
When I started using it, speed is very low. Hardly I am able to check my mail and for browsing it is taking a lot of time.
I complained to customer service, wrote mail and contacted to the person in my office. After a lot of headache, their technician came to home in evening.
Through his laptop and some other device, he went to terrace and checked for its signal and observed signal is very low in my area. Since I am on ground floor and my home is surrounded by a lot of tree, so signal is very less.
Finally I got fed up of this and disconnected it.
After some days, again I got call from MTS to continue the service but I clearly said, give me trial for 1 week then only I will try. but they said no, after that I also said bye bye to them
