Hi, two years back I was using MTS Data card.I was looking for a reasonable monthly plan Data card which could give me good speed along with good amount of data. So after seraching long I got to know about MTS Data plan. These guys told me that I would be getting 9 mbps speed along with 40 GB data in 999 rupees plan.But after getting the connection the reality was I hardly got 1mbps speed which was so slow that hardly I could open any page.I bought it for my official purpose but when ever I was out of office I had to deal with this frustrating dongle. The worst thing was when ever I go out of station I had to pay extra roaming charges for getting connected to internet.Moreover, whenever I face any network connectivity issue there was no body from its Customer care who could help me in resolving my query! Sometimes calls also got disconnected intentionally by their customer service agent & everytime I give them a call back I had to explain all the matter all over again n again.So the process remains the same , and the issue doesn't got resolved ever.So after struggling for so long I finally decided to go for a good Data network connection & finally I am very satisfied with what I have.
Today, I am sharing my experience as I really don't want any body to come into their fake promises & never fulfilled commitments!
