I have got a mts mblaze about 8 months back. the promise was that, we can connect upto 5 devises and also speed would be more than 2mpbs and if we make the payment before due date additional 10GB would be provided without any additional cost.
Offer is really fantastic by any yardstick. but the service quality is very very poor. I never had a connection continuously for 1 hour without any interruption even with only one devise being used.
In between the signal will get lost frequently. even in you are making complaint it is of no use. the customer care guy will ask you to switch of the system and switch on after some time. that some time will never ever come.
But one thing, I need to appreciate about mts is that there collection followup. you will be getting a mail in your inbox the next day of the billing cycle followed by sms on your registered mobile no.
1 week before the due date for the payment, you will be start getting the call from their collection desk and they will make sure paying their dues is the utmost priority for you.
Fedup with their connection speed, I raised a complaint with their customer care. it was duly forwarded to the technical team. technical team called me after 4 days of complaint and asked me to all the technical things in the devise. but none was working. he asked me to wait for 15 minutes to check their equipments. I was waiting for more than 15 days instead of 15 mts but none called me again. I found that the complaint was closed even without getting confirmation from me.
This has happened for 4 months continuously. I was paying the fee without being able to use it as the signal was very very poor, week and I was not even able to connect to internet for 3 months. but I have made the payment for 2 months.
So I called customer care not to raise the bill unless the services is provided properly. but they said, signal is nothing to do with rent and I will have to make the payment. I ask them what happened to my complaint no one was ready to give any answer except stating that technical team is looking into it. I raised this point with one mr.sundara cholan who is incharge of attending to the billing discrepencies. I tried containing his number. he took the phone and again he also told me that he would be calling me back in 15 minutes. but as usual, as per the standard service procedure of mts, he also not called me back.
Again I tried calling him for almost 10 times he never picked my calls.
Fed up with this I have sent a mail to their appeallate authority copy marked to sundara cholan and also customer care. this time it is even worse.
I got a mail from mts stating that time for making payment has already been crossed and it is in overdue status. and they barred the service also. I called customer care and asked them about this. they told me I would be receiving a legal notice for non payment.
I have received the legal notice through mail. again, it is without the name and signature of the advocate, contact number of the advocate and again it is stated that I should contact mr.sundara cholan.
If you go for mts keep it in your mind that
1.wether you are receiveing service or not, you will be billed,
2.if you raise any complaint, they will tell that in 15 minutes they would be calling you back and that 15 minutes will never ever come in your life time
3.even if the system is not working, you will have to make the payment
4.don't ever try to contact the person whose name is mentioned in the notice. even you can speak to the god but you cannot speak to their authorised incharge.
5.their appeallate authority is only for name sake and it is of no use to make a complaint to them.
6.if you write to their appeallate authority, you will be getting a legal notice which will not bear any signature, or any other details.
so, people who are loved to have a horrible time may go for it. .
