For nearly three years, i was with sify broadband it was really a nighrmarish service. The internet use to fail every other day. Virtually one has to be always on the phone to get them to activate the service the download speed if its working was pathetic.
Ultimately i decided to go far mtnl adsl broadband in Jan 07 and the surfing experience was great with 24 hours online support it was a different experience.
In nearly 17 months, the line was down only three times and the online support was good and you call them the line men is at home in no time. The tariff is no doubt is on the higher side but for less trouble one should not complain . Folks dont ever go for reliance broadnet
Surprisingly, mtnl has deployed a lot of technical staff exclusively for adsl and hence you have quick and prompt response
So folks go for mtnl adsl broadband.
