This is my personal experience I share with you all.i have been using MTNL broadband since 2008.firstly my friend tell me not to go with this as they have listen negative comments about this company but I don't listen to them and go for this company.
I booked a connection from its sanchar hut where I have to ask for paying 500 rupee as a security charges and additional 500 rupee for WiFi modem.i paid all these charges and I got my broadband connection within 10 days.
after using it to 10 days, problem start with its internet speed.they promise to give me 1 MBPS speed in their broadband plans but haven't provide such speed.the maximum speed I get is only 64 kbps.same is in downloading, i never get speed more than 40 - 50 kbps. their internet is running on "ram bharose" as this company runs. before starting my laptop I pray to god not to disconnect internet.this company main problem is their CCE. they don't know anything about internet.their service support is pathetic. they ask me to go to local offices again and again.
after so much complaint, i got headache and went to surrender my connection.
they ask me to full fill my all pending bills, after paying their bills when I ask them to gave me my security money, they told me that they haven't got any money. they are cheaters and I suggest everyone who is willing to have a broadband connection, plz plz dont go with this company.
