I found that the job of the mouthshut is very good.
It is providing a helping hand to all the customer as well as company to fill the gap between them
On one hand consumers are able to share their experience whether it is bad or it is good and on the other hand company is able to get the feedback from their customer whether they are able to fulfill the needs and requirement of their consumers and they can also improve the quality of their product and service
Plus mouthshut is providing a platform to the consumer that if they are having any problem with the product or service they can complain for product
On the other hand new consumers are also getting their problem solved about choosing the product
So I am finding the mouthshut helpful
