Nearly 90% of MS points converted now. Review on Mouthshut

UPDATE

FIRST OF ALL THANKS TO THE MOUTHSHUT TEAM. I got 3015 Rs. transferred to my bank a/c today finally. HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ME.

But, I still have a question.WHY ALL POINTS WERE NOT CONVERTED OR ARE YOU GOING TO DO ANOTHER TRANSFER FOR REMAINING POINTS SOON?

I had 3337 points recently and even on 31st of December 2015, the total points were 3303.

So, that question is for the mouthshut_official team. Hopefully they answer it soon as well. It will help everyone who read this review,  I suppose.Can't change the star ratings and product recommendations. They are not editable now.But, I can mention it here.

EARLIER REVIEW

I joined this website in December'15.

I have made 3333 points but they have not been converted to cash.

I HAVE UPDATED MY ACCOUNT DETAILS AND UPLOADED MY ID PROOF SUCCESSFULLY MANY DAYS AGO, almost a month back I think.

I was waiting for cash to be transferred on 16th of December 2015 but YOU MODIFIED YOUR CONTEST PAGE SPECIFYING THAT CASH WILL BE TRANSFERRED ONLY ON 1ST OF EVERY MONTH(earlier it was both 1st and 16th of every month).

Now 1st of January+ 10 days(max. time you take to transfer as mentioned on contest page) is gone. Its 12th of January, and I have got no cash.

I suppose, you need to be honest about your promise of converting those MS points to cash.

Why there is no system in place to notify a user through a message or email on time when his points(>500) are not converted to cash?

Why it happened in my case?

I hope for a quick & honest response from your side.
