Got justice because of Mouthshut .com. Review on Mouthshut

Few days back, I bought a mattress from Pepperfry.com. Mistakenly I ordered the wrong size. They mention on there website that, they offer a 7 days easy return window. However when I requested Pepperfry to return or replace the product. They simply refused to return or replace the mattress, saying that it is against their company policy. Then I wrote a negative review about them on Mouthshut.com. Just next day of writing the review, I got a response on Mouthshut, com from Pepperfry, that they apologize for the inconvenience, and they will look in to the matter and will contact me for further action. Next day to response on Mouthshut.com. I received a call as well as mail from'THE OFFICE OF CEO' of Pepperfry. And they informed me that they are initiating a return of the product and after the successful return, refund will be credited into my account.

FINALLY I GOT JUSTICE AND MY MONEY BACK DUE TO MOUTHSHUT.COM.

So friends, If you are facing any problem as a consumer, please bring the issue on Mouthshut.com. by writing a review, and you will definitely get justice.

Now a days, I see negative reviews regarding MouthShut.com on many websites  like YOU TUBE, and even on Mouthshut.com itself. Mostly negative reviews are regarding'WRITE SHARE & WIN CONTEST'. Many people are saying that Mouthshut.com is a fake website as it does not pay. They have written a number of reviews, but they have not received MS points. But this is not true. They give MS points. but they give on those reviews, which are approved by them as per their terms and conditions. Also they are getting a great number of reviews because of this contest. Hence, your review approval may take some time . So be patient. Also this is a contest. The main purpose writing a review should be get justice and to help others in there decision.

If you have not received  MS points on any review, that may be due to one or more of the below reasons:

1) Mouthshut team has still not approved your review, as due to huge participation in the contest, they are flooded with the reviews.

2) You have used paste command while writing your review. While writing the review if  you have used paste command, then even if you are not copying, your review will not be approved and you will not get MS points.

3) You review is fake. Your review is not your true experience. Your review contains, abusive or offensive language.

4) You have not shared your review on Facebook & Twitter.

4) If you have written a positive review, you will not get 40 MS points, you will get only 20 MS points.

But there is a suggestion to Mouthshut .com. Please send the following information to the users, in their Mouthshut account:

1) Which review has been Approved and how many MS points has been assigned for that.

2) Which review has been Disapproved and reason for disapproval.

It will definitely make you a more transparent website and increase the Trust of people in this contest.
