Honestly This phone is good on specs but build quality is poor. Motorola has really downgraded themselves into substandard Chinese brand.
To start with, there are 3 Moto G4 plus phones in my house and 2 of them have issues. Motorola Customer Care is pathetic, their after sales will make you frustrated and literally smash this phone on the ground or service center.
- On this device Sim slot pins broke while installing sim card, on the first day itself. Yes They are that sensitive. After that I Took the phone to the service center, they rejected repairs under warranty claiming it to be a physical damage. I asked them for a payed repair but they told me the whole board has to be changed since Motorola does not provide sim slot repairs independently and hence it will cost me around Rs12000 for board replacement. That came as a a shock for a month old phone. Also if I get it repaired outside it will void my warranty. But repairs are not available outside as well. I searched Internet about it but no help, many people are facing this issue.
Conclusion - 1. It is on your luck that a well built device will reach you. 2. Even if you get a well built Moto G and u accidentally damage it this will cost you a lot. 3. Motorola phones seem good for the price but in reality they are not.
