I’m using Moto g4 plus for last 11 Months, overall performance is ok, but original charger provided with hand set is very power quality. Within 2-3 months, charger nob has got damaged.
When I was bought the Moto g4 plus hand set, I checked all guarantee and warranty terms and condition specified on online website “amazon.in”
The clause written like “Warranty Details: 1-year manufacturer warranty for device and 6 months’ manufacturer warranty for in-box accessories including batteries from the date of purchase.
When I contact amazon representative, they told that, warranty clause applicable only on hand set not on charger. As per above clause anybody can understand that 6 months manufacturing warranty for in-box product(hand set and applicable accessories given in box).
Continuously 4-5 days I request and to amazon representative, and then transferred the call to Motorola team. The Motorola team haven’t entertained my problem. They just telling that, charger is not from my company.
The pros & cons Moto g4 plus hand set.
Quick charging by turbo charger only: around 1 hour 45 minutes for the phone to charge completely. When battery is completely drained out and start the charging up to 75 to 80% charging process is very fast. But the turbo charger quality is very poor in my case.
Battery life: when use only for calling and sms, then battery charging survive max 12 Hrs. and during data use, battery drain very fast.
Sound: sound quality good compare to other hand set and same price range.
RAM: RAM 3 GB Very ample, after use of 10-11 months facing phone handing problems.
Android Experience: The android experience on the device is phenomenal very good. Also, Moto has upgrade to Android N and O for the device.
CAMERA: The camera on this phone is very good. The both camera has supports flash and good picture quality. If camera used for 15-20 Minutes, handset got heated.
Heating Problem: during charging, continuous phone calls& continuous camera use, handset got headed. Also, during long time gaming heating and handset handing problem is there.
Charger support: hand set support all type of charger with compatible charging nob.
Conclusion:
Amazon service after sale is very horrible, they couldn’t reply properly most of the time.
if you are looking a smart phone in the range of 14-15 K, to cater your requirements, Moto g4 plus is one of the good option.
