The motorolaa droid x was my 1st smartphone which had, and was gifted by my brother, it is a wonderful smartphone in low budget now, it has a 512 mb of ram, which is enough because the motorola os design is wonderful .
It feels premium to use this smart phone, it was a 8mp shooter, which the best thiing on an budget smartphone it was very useful for my mobile photography too, it helped me a lot, and the android os is very very fast and smooth in it, it is a high pixel density phone, with bright disply and really a good design from motorola, it is build very nycly and grips your hand very well, it was many many android google apps build in, feels great .
It will feel like you are using a stock android phone, feels perfect and sturdy, it was a awesome smart phone in a small budget, hd screen and good buy for people, a must buy smart phone in the market, its the best!
