Purchased this product from Amazon India on January, 2017.
The product itself is okay but the customer support of Morphy Richards is absolutely horrendous.
Ever since the warranty period was over, I have been trying to get an AMC done for the product. There has not been a single repair work done on the product yet.
Have sent multiple emails to their customer support team, none of which has been answered. Got in touch with their social media team over facebook and all they need from me is elaboration of my 'issue'. Apparently, 'I need an AMC done for my microwave', isn't elaborate enough for them.
I also called their customer support helpline and all they did was provide me another phone number which belongs to Bajaj Finance customer support.
I have seen poor customer support from other consumer appliance companies but no one comes even close to the horrendous customer support of Morphy Richards India. Their customer support is an absolute joke.
They don't even have a Consumer Grievance Redressal system in place.
Deeply regret my decision of buying a Morphy Richards product.
So if you're reading this review, please stay as far away from Morphy Richards as possible.
They don't care about their customers at all.
