Have had this product for about 1 year now. The features are quite good, however the owen tends to break easily and screws etc fall off.
The service centre is near impossible to contact and mostly noone picks up their numbers.
The heating, defrosting functions are quite powerful and the owen looks good too.
The company needs to increase their after sales service and efficiency. Price is on the higher side compared to domestic brands.
