I had booked morning star travels on 4th August from Bangalore to Hyderabad, despite being weekday the ticket price for sleeper is 2100. However since very much needed journey, I booked the ticket on redbus.in and waited for the bus at electronic city stop in Bangalore. The bus came on time at the stop and I stepped into the bus. The bus is not a Volvo and it is normal bus with AC. They haven't offered a water bottle, even after paying 2100.
The bus started, I observer the shock observers are so pathetic. The Blankets provided seems never washed and were of pathetic smell. Over all the bus condition is worst. I complained the same to both Morning Star and Redbus.in, but on one bothered about it. Never ever book this Morning Star Travels, unless you do not have any option. The Govt should take charge and control the prices of this Private operator buses.
