Moov is the best and most famous pain reliever for the past several years. I am a model, and I spend most of my time in gym. This couses mucle lock, spasm, swelling etc in several parts of my body. I dont use anything else other then moov spray. It is the best pain reliever till dat.
I spray 2-3 times a day on the paining area, and within 2 days the pain will be completely gone.
How to use:
1.Wipe the area of pain with clean towel inorder to remove any dirt or sweat.
- Spray the moov over the whole area till you get a burning sensation.
Donts:
- Dont spray it over skin if there is any cut or bleeding, it can couse you infection.
Its cost is very less too, around 97rps for 35g. This lasts for around one month if used regularly.
The only drawback of this spray is, its not suitable for all types of skin, my one cousin was very alergic to it. So it will be better if you test a small amount in your skin before using it normally. And avoid the spray to reach your eyes, it can couse you severe burning sensation.
But I would strongly recommend moov spray for pain relief.
