the movie perfectly reminds you of the Nirbhaya gang rape.
There is a lot packed in this movie.Tennagers relationship with her step mother.post tennagers abduction and assalut when the film reveals its true face.Fighting for justice the mother(sridevi) along with a hired private detective DK(Nawazuddin) the screen ride becomes edger and exciting when it unfolds step by step.There is also a tough cop Francis played by Akshay Khanna.
There are some interesting twists and turns in the movie.Sridevi is mind bogging and superb performance by the pakistani actress Sajal Ali .she looks like a clone of Kareena kapoor.sridevi husband in the movie Anand played by adnan another pakistani actor does a flamboyant job.Nawazuddin with his class and one liners turns into a superb act.Akshay khanna long break from movies makes you wonder why does this actor do such few films, because he plays a fantastic.

To say anything more about the actual plot is to risk spoiling its surprise.
There are slow songs in this movie, which is played during the story line only, no item songs nothing, which is a big relief.
Direction and Cinematography is excellent.
