Very very very bad experians. Review on Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre - New Railway Road - Gurgaon

Worst experience ever.I went there for urine test 6-7month ago.I gave urine sample in the morning around 11 o’clock and modern staff told me that you can come in evening to collect your report. 5: 30 in the evening I went there and they said you have to wait for 15-20min.After 30 minuets I asked where is my report staff said you have to wait 5-10min your report is coming. Again After half an hour I asked about my report and they said you have to wait. I got angry that time and I went in the lab to ask the doctor that what’s going on doctor told me we just put your urine sample in machine within 30 minutes you will get your report. Then I told doctor this urine sample is too old now.doctor said no it’s fine.but I know it was not ok. I told doctor that can you write on the paper that this urine sample is 8 hours old and it’s fine. Doctor just gave me a smile and said ok give me urine sample again.That means they are doing wrong things with patients reports
