Mobikwik cheating customers in name of SUPERCASH. Review on Mobikwik

I am using mobikwik app from past couple of months to recharge or to fill petrol. Mobikwik offers few coupon codes wherein you get some discount on your recharges or purchases in the form of SUPERCASH. This is not actual cash however its like payback points. As mentioned on Mobikwik app you can spend SUPERCASH on every transaction above 100rs. So 90% will get deducted from your wallet balance and 10% automatically from your SUPERCASH balance(For example if you are recharging for 100rs then 90rs from your wallet and 10rs from your supercash balance). But this is not real. I have recharged several times above 100rs but the SUPERCASH deducted was only 2 to 3% and not 10% at all. Remaining get deducted from your wallet. Also the validity of supercash is very limited. If we dont use it within the validity period then the entire supercash balance gets waived off. So the conclusion is that they are just fooling and cheating customers by showing them tempting discounts in the name of supercash but in reality nothing happens. MOBIKWIK PLEASE STOP CHEATING& FOOLINGCUSTOMERS.
