I have mostly used this site for getting cashbacks from various merchants like Bookmyshow, Dominos, etc. Most of the time there were server issues and my transaction got failed. Here's what I didn't like -
1) Customer support not responsive enough. You have to mail them then only your payment will be refunded.
2) Most of the transactions get failed and get accumulated in wallet. Should allow to transfer more money to bank as we don't require to recharge with heavy amounts.
3) Not so user friendly app. We have to fiddle around. Needs improvement.
Had loaded my money for 10% off at Big Bazaar but my transaction got failed. It defeated my purpose and all my hefty Rs. 1500 got deposited in my wallet after few days and then I didn't know where to spend so much.
Hope they improve. Even the cashbacks now they provide aren't attractive. If you want to recharge or pay your bills, PayTm would be much safer.
