There seemed to be some issue with tata docomo site for online recharge. So, I went to mobikwik.com for recharging my sim. As soon as I landed up one the front page, what I saw was very few tabs nicely placed and self explanatory.
Adding money to virtual wallet is a new concept to Indian consumers.but as you see this website.they have made it very simple to add money to you wallet and transfer it to other person's account. Phone number is what they use as primary identification and thats cool.
Once you have created account on this site then transferring and receiving money is really simple. I did not like the color scheme.and the look and feel is dull.but as I said very user friendly and I think lot of people will start using it very soon.
