This is the worst site I have ever seen in my life. I was trying to login into my Mobikwik account from last few days and but it did not let me. I tried to reset the password but still it did not work.
Now finally I decided to send an email to Mobikwik about this issue and the stupid customer support team says they have blocked my account because my mobile numgber was registered in 2 Mobikwik accounts.
To activate my account again I need to change the number in my Mobikwik account. I don't know why they have these stupid people in their team and who hired the stupid technical team.
*1. I don't have 2 accounts on Mobikwik, still they saying I have 2 accounts.
Why Mobikwik's system allowed the same mobile number in 2 accounts. It could give an error saying this number is already registered with us and use another number.
If they even want the user to change the number then they should inform the user to change the number instead of blocking the account directly.
Now when they have blocked it then the customer support team should help the customer asking complete details and not just saying that we have blocked your account.
These duffers don't even know how to treat the customers and how to help them. Mobikwik needs a trainer for customer support team who can help them in understand what exactly is customer support.*
