Mobikwik started this new concept of Super Cash just a while back and within this short period they have updated the terms and conditions in such a way which only mislead customers and does not intend to pass on the cash backs. When it was launched, there were no terms on the minimum transaction amount. After that, they enforced that only 10% of Super Cash can be used, then they introduced that minimum transaction amount should be 100/-. Then, they have enforced that cash back can only be used when no promo code is applied. And today, they are enforced that only 5% of Super Cash can be used. Above all, they have an expiry date for the Super Cash which eventually making it impossible for any customers to make use of all the Cash backs earned. With a simple calculation if you have earned 100 Super Cash, you may have to spent 4500/- to get that 100/- cash back, which is bizarre.
