Hello guys, Recently a few months back, Mobikwik started this new concept of Super cashback. It offers super cashback on recharge or bill payment and allows you to use 10% of that super cash on your next transaction.
This fraud concept makes us dependent on them to use our money. Today I paid my electricity bill of Rs 520 and in my supercash wallet I had Rs 220. So I thought that I would use all my supercash to pay my bill, But while paying, I had to pay Rs 507, I thought what wrong is this. then I dialled the customer care number, From there they told about this
mis-leading(Fraud) concept. Then I replied that according to your assumption I would have to pay rs 498 but
I paid Rs 507.
So they told that it varies. I told them that your fraud offers are so mis-guiding, that anyone would not switch on yo your disgusting app.
So Guys Be aware, use paytm or freecharge to avoid such things in Future.
