I got my first (and my last) Trium phone, about 2 years ago now. At first I thought it was the bee's knees, and then I realised what rubbish phone it really was.
Advantages of the Trium Geo:
Nice, some may call ''sexy'' silver buttons.
WAP phone
Store up to 100 names on the sim card
Store up to 100 names on the phone itself
Scratchpad
Currency Converter
Alarm clock
Vibration
Security is EXTREMLY good
Security:
Pin enable/disable
Pin 2 change
Phone lock
Disadvantages of the Trium Geo:
You cannot receive picture messages/ logos or ring tones.
Most of the time, text messages won't send
To access the Internet on your Trium Geo, it waists up most of your credit quite quickly, even though you are still connecting.
Can't use it abroad (some destinations)
Annoying butterfly flapping when you look at your screen
Only 12 ring tones
A VERY large phone
You are provided with details about using the Internet on your phone, as well as your charger and £5 credit.
WAP:
I used the Internet a few times on my Trium, but when it was connecting to the Internet (it takes quite a while) it already took about £3.00 from me!
And when you finally get onto the Internet, it is quite confusing to understand how to use it! - It took me about 3-4 times to work out how to do it!
Why some people may like it:
Some people may like the Trium, because it has a currency converter, on it. I have to admit, this function was extremely helpful for me. Its high security is another factor why people may like it. Because of the phone's vibration alerts, its a good for a alarm clock. Just set your time, and then, it should vibrate or ring (which ever you decide!)
Why some people may dislike it:
Most people would dislike the Trium, mainly because its size, and appearance.
Key Information:
My personal op:
Why i'm happy with it:
I believe that this phone is good to a point. Its features like the alarm clock and the currency converter are extremly good. Also the fact that the phone's security is EXTREMLY GOOD!
Why I tended to dislike the phone:
Its lack of features, and it's plain design made me feel that this phone isn't that great! To improve the phone I would personalise it more, (how Nokia phones are)
I don't think i'll be buying a Truim soon!
