Hi guys today I am sharing my own experience on Mitsubishi MS-HK24VA 2 Ton 3 Star Split AC.
My uncle bought this product in this summer session.The cooling is not effective at all.This is the 3 star AC and it does not give effective cooling at all.
It creates lots of sound or noise while running.it gives very weared noise.Even you can not sleep while using this.My uncle told about its problems to the call center executive and he told that ok sir I am registering your request or you engineers will contact you within 72 hours but no one called me up after 4 days I call again to them they said that ok sir I am sending a reminder they will definetily call you within 24 hours but again no body call me back.after getting fed up with this I called back to them then I said I do not want your product I want my money back.You came and take your product please then on the same day a guy came to my house and he had no good knowledge about the ac's.Really very bad service and support of this company.
This product is not reliable or me and my uncle were not satisfied at all with this product.This product is not valuable for money.The water leaks continuous from the indoor unit.Its swings do not work properly.
It consumes too much power.
wattage 2020 watts, voltage 230 volts.
