Don't choose. Review on Mindinventory

Joined this company with lots of hope but the worst decision of my life ever.

-HR keeps screaming all the time. Shows an unnecessary attitude of her, I don't know why? common girl, we all are working together. Have patience. she has no answer to your questions.

-Technical Head(Kiran Malvi) is the most useless person on the planet. Keeps torturing. Says to write on paper if you can't do it. Hello? Then you help us. Why & what you are doing there? For help obviously. No one is asking to code all. At least help wherever they are stuck. He keeps revolving around employees & asking "How are you?" in Gujarati. We are in the middle of work so kindly don't disturb us every day.

-Seniors are full of lust.

-CEO? Fake promises, Fake positive attitude. What do you think? You are feeding your employees for free? NOPE MR.

-All employees are greedy. They don't even let go 1 rupee chocolate.

-Politics. Wow. Standing ovation for politics. hats off.

-Salary: They don't give a better hike. They give hikes to their relatives in a company or those who are in the best notes of the CEO.

-Employees keep buttering their CEO. Why? Why? Be the person you are.

-They make you a puppet of their show.

-They cut off holidays & give unnecessary explanations.

-CEO gives the count of hours & dollars & tells us how he is facing loss due to us? Are you kidding me? Then fire us. Why did you keep hiring all day? Simple. Who stopped you from doing that? & even you do that. You fire people for the worst reasons.

-They don't have experienced seniors now to tackle issues.

-No celebrations. This is a myth.

-No work-life balance. Even you are doing overtime & still, HR asks you: When? How? I never saw, But darling you are the 1st one to leave at 7 sharp & you ask us? Hippocratic level?

-As cheap as their language. Oh My God,

-Selective favoritism. Just WOW factor.

-Foolish HR. Get some better person.

-Delivery manager, Project managers don't know anything in technical terms but they want everything in EOD. Are you serious? Are you guys fool?

-Mental harassment.

-Seniors are full of attitude. They won't help you. Bitching is their purpose.

-Worst management. They update protocols that are the worst to suffer from.

-In glassdoor, every good review is written the by management team or employees must be paid for doing this. LOL.

-There is nothing as I can consider pros. Worst decision of my life ever & ever. Skip this company in your entire life.
