I signed up on Milesource close to a year ago and noticed right away that it takes FOREVER to get enough points to redeem something. There were various ways of getting points but you could only do it once a day or it would take forever to go through everything.
I began hearing people who I know who've used Milesource.com, that they didn't recieve thier redemption but the points are gone. I told them to try and get ahold of someone in the Customer relations or something like that. They sent a couple e-mails, trying writing a letter with still no response. It's been nearly 8 months and they have STILL to receive thier gifts. They state on the site it would take 3-4 Weeks.
ON THE OTHER HAND, I know others who have gotten things from Milesource.com with no holdup and problems.
This just seems to show me that Milesource.com isn't very well runned and could use alittle tuning up within the administration. I have since then stopped using it cause I don't want to go through the fuss of not knowing if I would get what I earned with my points or end up like my other friends who are still waiting 6-8 months later.
