I bought Milagrow Blackcat 2.0 robotic vacuum cleaner through eBay. I received the product with too many cracks and scratches on the surface.
The customer service people from Milagrow wasn't much helpful in giving a proper report on the product condition.
Upon contacting the seller, he claimed all Milagrow products are machine tested and hence cracks and scratches will be there on the surface of all products.
eBay customer care was the worst among the all. Filled with totally idiotic people, each and everyone giving their own solutions, make you roam all around the city with the product.
eBay doesn't arrange for a reverse pick-up either, claiming that for a product above 3kg we need to ship ourselves. This clause is no where mentioned in eBay. But the customer service morons say that its in their Bible which you never get to see.
It will take months to raise your claim and get your money refunded. I'm still waiting for mine.

Review visiotrs: Who ever is reading my reviews please check the images and tell me if it looks like air bubble or scratches. 1st image has scratch, 2nd image has a breaking point, because someone has pressed the top surface very hard. seller is still claiming it is bubble. How the bubbles will form lines on the surface of the vacuum cleaner.
