Ordered on Sept last week and delivered by 1st Aug, but there is no response from Midea service from demo and installation, none from the company cares, the toll free no just takes your address and assigns the demo/complaint to a third party service provider who do no care at least in Bangalore, has to call multiple times and they keep telling and cancelling the demo requests on flimsy grounds, also sent a mail to Carrier/Midea customer service never got a reply, finally reached out to Flipkart, who arranged the demo in two days, surprisingly the review in Flipkart was never published, so ladies and gentleman be careful about the review ratings in FK as the reviews are fixed, see the way they are organied, you see a pattern.
Finally, about the washing machine it is just okay, the drier function is useless, my previous LG washing machine is far better. Washing is just okay.
