It was told to me and also there is sticker put on the machine stating it has warranty of full washing machine for 5 years.
After 2 years 7 months, I noticed some problem with the machine as its not completing the dry process. Other functions are fine. Customer care asking for service charges rs. 1000/- plus transportation charges 500/- plus charges of replaced part if any. whereas it is within warrant. They are not even ready to accept that it has warranty of 5 years. I purchased this machine when the name of Midea was not even known to the market just because it has 5 years warranty and convinced by the dealer Lamba Electronics, Delhi. Instead of treating old customer in good way along with providing services properly, their team at ground making fun of our issue and torturing us.
