I bought this one for grandmother as she lives in a village and their is a lot electricity cut outs
So decided to install this at her home.
But it was my mistake as it was a troublesome thing for her because it did work for even 5 hours and get off which is soo annoying for her.
Regarding this I tried to reach out to customer support but they were unable help too.
They said that there is some problem from my end.
At last I change it from Mixon-800
It isn't durable.
It was user friendly but that doesn't matter.
It very bad.
