I bought microtek ups 3 years ago along with onida tubular battery. It works fine for me since then although it needs servicing over a period of 6 month of time. Ut came with 1 year warrenty and free installation was offered with it.
Talking about its durability it is quite obvious because I am using it since 3 years. But havent faced any problem yet. Although I have replaced battery 1 time but nothing happened to ups.
Customer service is also very much good as they provide servicing at low cost.
It is very friendly to user as it easily operates 6 LED, LED TV and 5 fans for 6 hours easily.
Overall it is very good is every aspect and I would recommend it to everyone
