I have purchased this lumia 640 xl in july 2015 for rs 14000, but after using it for 15 days I felt that I have made a big mistake by buying this product of microsoft.
I just purchased this windows phone because of its screen size and I was just fed up of using an android phone for a long time, so I decided to change the operating system.
This phone doesnot have apps as anyone can found in android or ios. Even this phone doesnot have an app for youtube .It is just a crap just for browsing and for calls and for selected games.
The worst thing for me is, this phone has windows 8 preinstalled in it and microsft is promising to give update for windows 10 since september 2015 for this phone very soon but now it is feb 2016 no update is received which is very frustating.
I would not recommend anyone to purchase this product otherwise you will regret after buying this microsoft phone as it has very less features.
