Slowly IE was losing its market share to the more reliable Firefox, their 1 million download marketing campaign and now the Google Chrome's inquisitive factor. Now the Big master is back with a bang.
Welcome Internet Explorer 8 beta. The download is a full version unlike chrome. 15.9 MB is all it takes, but asks for a restart. Interface is sleek. Tabs are flat, recently visited pages are on your face, so many "accelerators" to help you in the daily browsing. Really fast. Loads like a charm and of course its IE so rendering of any web page is never an issue.
There are still some issues with loading javascript etc, but we should remember that its in beta stage. I would like to sideline all other things which Microsoft has mentioned, like the new features, web slices private browsing(like the chrome), improved security. Speed is all it counts!
