I have also bought micromax q3 phone in the month of october and have not been able to use it because iam not able to make calls or receive calls most of the time. My colleagues call me on the landline and say that iam not reachable, no sound after calling me.
Immediately after, I had given it to the service centre at Bangalore, they said that it was the software problem and after a week given it back saying that it working fine after they had made some adjustments.
I had to give it back the very next day to the service centre since the same problem was recurring. After taking one more week, they had given it to me saying the problem was something to do with antenna receptor and they had changed it.
The story does not end there.After using it I found there was no change, this time they are saying that it is the problem with the mother board and has asked me to come to the service center again. What do I say on this? Iam planning to take a new NOKIA phone and iam willing to exchange this current phone for whatever small amount I get for the exchange!
I have learnt my lesson -Please buy quality products from reputed companies.
