I bought the laptab on Amazon in January 2016. By March 2016 the keyboard was not functioning. I was travelling so I gave the Laptab for repairs at the Micromax Service Centre (Micromax Care Harihara Electronics) on June 02, 2016. Today is July 18, 2016
Till date I have no status on the same. Every Few days Micromax sends me a text saying "Dear Customer, Greetings from Micromax, Your Micromax device vide Job Sheet no. S040360-0616-23676819 is under repairs and shall be delivered to you in 21 days. We encourage you to use our self-help option wherin status of your job sheet is just a click away on the link https://jobstatus.micromaxinfo.com We are sincerely working towards delivering the best to you. Team Micromax"
The Service Centre says they do not have any update from Micromax. They even do not pick up the phone number .
Micromax call centre says "We have put your case on priority we will get back to you"
Its been 46 days but no status change
