I purchased this smartphone two months ago, and during that time the mic stopped working. After a service center repair, it stopped operating again after one week, and the charging functioned as well. According to the service facility, the charging area needs to be replaced, and you must leave the phone unattended for a minimum of three days while waiting on a replacement from Micromax. What good is a service warranty if we have to keep going back to the repair center for the same issues? I advise against using a Micromax because an Oppo Vivo is preferable. It comes with better features, but very poor hardware. I am highly disappointed with the performance of Snapdragon chipset.
